Commission Disclosure
The Financial Conduct Authority expects any intermediary to disclose to the customer that a commission may be payable by the owner or creditor to the intermediary, and, if the customer asks, the amount of that commission. This page sets out how that applies to A & N Vans.
1. What A & N Vans does
A & N Vans is an information-only introducer. We show you van leasing stock supplied by Vanaways and pass on your enquiry when you ask about one. We do not give advice or a recommendation on which van or which finance product to choose, do not carry out any credit-broking activity, and do not charge you a fee for introducing you.
2. What we receive
If you enter into a finance agreement arranged by Vanaways following an introduction from A & N Vans, we may receive a commission from Vanaways or from the finance provider. This may be a fixed fee or a percentage of the amount you borrow, and does not affect the amount you pay under your finance agreement or the terms you're offered.
3. Requesting the amount
You can ask us for the amount of commission we receive on a specific agreement at any time, before or after you enter into it. Email nathan.elliott@worldwidepay.co.uk or call 07850 401801, or ask Vanaways directly.
4. Regulation
A & N Vans is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and does not need to be for the information-only introduction described above. Vanaways are a credit broker, not a lender, and are the FCA-regulated party for the finance application, affordability and credit checks, and agreement itself.
